They also say they can just refund your purchase cost rather that fix a warranty issue. That might be a challenge in 20 years. The warranty from Viwinco covers the windows, including the insulated glass unit for as long as the purchaser owns and lives in the house. The warranty can be transferred one time and when transferred it becomes a 20 year warranty. There is 1 year of labor coverage. The biggest risk in this warranty is that Viwinco could go away.
